We understand that you might have some questions about your treatment, if these questions are not answered within the FAQ's on the individual treatment pages, then please contact us at CambridgeBrowSanctuary@gmail.com to arrange a free 15 minute consultation either by phone or in person.

Payment can be made through our booking system. We take the following payment in methods in person;

We are located very near to Cambridge, you can find our exact location on our Location page

Yes, there is free parking available for the duration of your scheduled treatment. This is located to the right hand side of the frontage.

Following your booking with us, an initial confirmation email will be sent. Located at the bottom of this email will be a button which takes you to our Booking System, where you can reschedule your treatment to a new date and time.
If you have any issues with rescheduling your appointment, please get in touch with us via email on CambridgeBrowSanctuary@gmail.com and we will endeavour to respond within a 24 hours period.

At Cambridge Brow Sanctuary, we understand that life can be unpredictable and plans may change. To ensure that we can accommodate all our clients fairly, we have established the following cancellation policy:
Cancellation Notice:
- We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
Deposit Policy:
- If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, your deposit may be forfeited. This is to compensate for the time and resources reserved for your appointment.
No-Show Policy:
- Failure to attend your appointment without providing prior notice will result in being charged the full treatment price automatically, using the card on file.
Rescheduling:
- If you reschedule with at least 7 days' notice, your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment date. Please see how to reschedule your appointment above.
Late Arrivals:
- Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, we may have to shorten your treatment time to avoid delaying the next client. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and the above cancellation terms will apply.
